Shipping Information

We can ship to most countries in the world. 

General Shipping Policies

In general, We offer same day processing on all orders placed before 10:00 AM PST(S-T, non-holidays). Most orders will ship from our warehouse within 1 business day. If an order is placed on Friday or Saturday, it will be shipped out on the following Sunday in most cases. If we have made a mistake and an item you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you immediately, and do our best to accommodate your needs.

Note: Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been shipped out.

Shipping Address

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to VANTRUE as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to VANTRUE, please contact VANTRUE to make arrangements for reshipment.

Shipping time

The time it takes to receive your order depends on the Shipping Method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. In general, you will receive your order in about 3-5 business days.

Shipping Costs

During the checkout process, after you have entered your shipping details, you will see a list of all the available shipping methods. These rates are based on the shipping address and the total price of the items in your cart.

We do not offer free shipping to some countries where we cannot guarantee a cheap or reliable delivery service. However, we strive for increasing the number of countries eligible for our free shipping service, and you may discover that this option is available for your country in the near future.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Please be aware your country may assess an import duty/tax on your shipment. Any item and shipping cost that is paid to VANTRUE at time of checkout does not include any international duty/tax/VAT fee(All products in stock in overseas warehouses are generally arranged from overseas warehouses, in which case there is no need to pay any customs duties).

While we gladly offer warranty support for all items we sell, the cost of any warranty shipments must be paid by the customer.

Item Availability

We utilize a real-time inventory system, therefore if an item is able to be added to your shopping cart on this website, it means that item is in-stock. If an item or option/configuration is out of stock, that fact will be reflected on the individual items page, and that item will not be able to be added to the shopping cart. Some items are available for pre-order.

Track Your Order

As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include a link to track delivery

Please note tracking numbers may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the carriers websites once the shipment has been created by our system.

COVID-19 and Holidays

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, delivery time may be longer than usual as our carriers are experiencing higher than normal volume. You may experience delays in receiving your orders.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

FAQS

*I’ve ordered multiple items, will they all arrive together?

Your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries. Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us.

*Can I ship my order to a PO Box (U.S. or International)?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

*I am an international buyer. Will you mark my package as a gift so that I can avoid duty/VAT/import costs in my country?

We are sorry, but we cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize Vantrue's ability to continue exporting products.
