Loop recording not working as expected

you are lucky, they did not ask you what sd card you use on reply, but try other card, unlike my experienced, improvement i guess 😀. Good luck.

Hi again, using another Class 10 SD card results in a on/off loop, no menu... see the attached video:

Please try to operate under a stable voltage without inserting the card. If the issue persists, it most probably is the issue with the cam hardware. Then we will initiate warranty for you. Please check your email. Thanks.

Please select an SD card with a card speed of U3 at least. Also please kindly note that genuine Samsung SD card only made by Korea or Philippines.

which I using it already, Samsung EVO plus 4k is a SDXC UHS-I U3 card. When the card was not full, there was no issue on the clip, full 3 mins clip with 30fps was recorded, no frame drop was found, it did not show any issue on write. It seems to me it could not do delete/write operation simultaneously.

We do not mean your SD card is not good. Samsung is a good brand. Because the card is a consumable, even the best brand may cause problems after a period of use.Therefore, we suggest trying another card to rule out whether it is the problem of the card or the problem of the dash cam itself.

For god sake, you people kept asking me what card i used in every reply you people made, and I repeatedly tell you guys the card i used on E1. Now you are telling me my cards need to replace without reading my last comment . Keep your eye open and READ carefully The 1st card i brought was when I order the E1, which is less than a month, the second card I have again replicated the same issue within few weeks. I'm not a daily driver, only use the car once a while, it took few weeks to filled the 256G space. Are you telling me I need to change the card every week or change the card when it full!!!! Come one support, if you do not have enough knowledge to deal with this problem, do not make any silly suggestion, but talk to your dev team or manager, if you want to keep your customer, I do have follow suggestion for your dev team 1. if the device was just started or device was in parking mode while storage space was less than 20%

delete the oldest files,

this logic may cause few seconds delay on start up, but no one would care or notices, it should help to fix the loop recording problem

Honestly the hardware in E1 is good, worth for the money, the software was not too bad with bug on loop recording, which was sad but ok most other features were working as expected. The whole problem which could customer stay away was the support team, I do not understand how such team could exists.
